the staff was kind. the hotel itself was charming (it had a nice atmosphere). the room was very clean. i walked from piazzale roma, about 40 minutes through streets and canals.
the bathroom had minimal toiletries.

I stayed in a beautiful suite annexe, located at the separate suites. the room included a coffee machine, a safe. bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. I appreciated these amenities. staff were very helpful during check-in.

My room was quiet due to double glazing. This ensured a peaceful night's rest. the room also had convenient access to shops and local attractions, so exploring was easy. i found the room clean and spacious.

The hotel is in an amazing central location. It is a short walk to st mark's square. ponte rialto, shops, and restaurants are nearby. I found exploring the area convenient. this location provided a great base for seeing local sights.

Superb stay near Piazza San Marco

The hotel location was conveniently close to Piazza san marco. Rooms were very nice and much larger than i expected. I loved that it had its own cafe downstairs. It was discounted with my hotel stay. I appreciated the free refreshments in the fridge EVERY day!
My bathroom had minimal toiletries. This was annoying, since i had to buy new ones. More variety here would definitely elevate the experience.

the hotel's location was acceptable. it was close to many attractions.
The tv access was turned off, i found this quite inconvenient. i also experienced rudeness from one of the receptionists. He was unpleasant and wouldn't listen when i spoke about an issue with the bathroom heater. this.
