I found the front desk helpful and friendly. They were available 24 hours, reassuring. the breakfast room was amazing. i appreciated the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere.
the pillows were a bit hard for my taste, and i wished there were a few more provided in the room. i easily requested more, though.
