friendly staff excellent breakfast old elevator worn furniture
the hotel staff was friendly. breakfast included a tour to a murano glass factory. it was a fun experience. breakfast was excellent.
the price did not matched what the hotel offers as facilities. the elevator was old and small. furniture was worn.

The front desk staff was helpful arranging a water taxi. Breakfast had sufficient choices, including hot options daily. I appreciated the convenient location. It was a short walk to the waterfront. The staff assisted with luggage, a nice touch.
The shower had somewhat weak water pressure.

I LIKED the breakfast buffet. It had amazing pancakes. THE location was fantastic. It was steps from San Marco Square. The staff were super friendly AND helpful.

small room brick wall
the staff was helpful enough when i asked for directions.
i was put in a room that hit like an afterthought. the room was small. the window faced a brick wall, offering no view at all. it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for.

dated elevator worn furniture
The location was fantastic. Restaurants were right outside the door, and St Marks Square was just a short walk away.
I was quite disappointed to discover the elevator was small and dated. The furniture also showed considerable wear. It did not meet my expectations for upkeep.

the location is perfect for st mark's square and surrounding areas! restaurants and bars are nearby. the staff are very friendly.
