the radiator was not working efficiently , so the room temperature was slightly lower than i prefer.

the hotel is about a ten minute walk from the beach. the family room was spacious. parking outside the hotel is limited, but i found street parking. the staff were cute and friendly.
there were only net curtains in the room so it let a lot of light in at night!

I found the staff very polite and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. This made it easy to get into the city center (I even enjoyed a quick walk to the seafront).
The hallway had a slight odor.

I found the staff was so lovely and helpfull. I got a spacious, front-facing room and enjoyed beautiful views. The reception ladies was especially friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.
The lack of a toilet roll holder and no place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom was a slight inconvenience.
