the breakfast room was indeed beautiful. i found many good choices for food, including dairy-free options (very important for me). the room was modern and well-equipped, i found good storage for my luggage there.
my room was on the ground floor and had a really bad smell in the hall. the room itself felt really cold, i had to use the a/c to try and get warm. there was also a loud humming noise (it seemed like i was on a plane).

i REALLY liked how the location was quiet yet close to main attractions. Breakfast had much variety with iced water available. Restaurant recommendations from staff helped discover some HIDDEN gems nearby. The room windows were perfect.
the shower cabin was QUITE small.

the hotel staff provided useful recommendations for restaurants. They ALSO served prosecco at check-in and offered iced water. A handwritten welcome note with complimentary water was a nice touch in the room.

the room included good toiletries. The rooms offer modern design WITHOUT unnecessary trite furniture. The rooms offer comfortable spaces for relaxation. the views are PERFECT.

The staff was super nice. i especially liked the location. It's close to all the touristy areas. it was quiet during the night, a good combination. elisa went extra miles to make my day better after i had a difficult day.
The bathroom facilities in the room were lacking. There was a bad smell of sewers. the toilet was too high, a bit inconvenient. i also noticed there were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels.

The room was spacious with two bathrooms. This was useful for our family. i appreciated that the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood. its proximity to a canal allowed us to sit outside in the mornings. the vaporetto station nearby made it easy to get around.
the room i was given was slightly smaller than anticipated given the price.

The room smelled like sewer. i think they tried to mask it, but it didn't really work. the wifi was also bad in the room. It was frustrating.
