the location is AMAZING!!! it's so close to san marco and rialto bridge, but just far enough away from the craziness. the staff are excellent and always ready to help! my room was very nice and had a comfortable king-size bed.
the coffee at breakfast could have been better.

The reception operates twenty-four hours a day. breakfast included a good selection. i particularly appreciated the water machine. It was available around the clock, allowing me to refill my water bottle at any time. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. this maintenance was very effective.
staff did carry my bags up, but those with mobility issues might find this challenging. it required some extra effort upon arrival and departure.

The hotel's location is amazing! It is very close to water transportation, so the walk with suitcases was not long. The street was quiet, yet it was just a few steps to all I wanted to see. I was especially pleased with the spacious room.
The air conditioning was not working well. It heated the room without any temperature control. I could not use the AC due to overheating the room.

The location was great. I could easily reach rialto bridge and st mark's square with a short walk. i found the staff cute and very helpful throughout my stay. the hotel had a venetian decor that added character. the breakfast offered good choices to start the day.
