The staff gave me great recommendations for local eateries and attractions. i appreciated the welcome drink. Foot cream also. the hotel's location is excellent near san marco square. It made exploring very easy. the breakfast on the terrace was a treat. the views were amazing!

I experienced excellent service . The front desk staff offered helpful maps and recommendations. I discovered a charming bookstore (near the hotel) thanks to them. I also found several good dining spots that enhanced my trip. The room was very comfortable with welcome chocolates. A personalized message and provided snacks. The location, close to the main attractions, allowed easy access to many key sites.
The corridors have no carpeting. I noticed footsteps through the gap under the door.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The selection was really limited. additionally, the room felt cramped. It was hard to move around comfortably with luggage. i really wanted more space.

I found the location to be perfect. It was very close to St Marks Square and the water bus. The staff provided many travel tips. I was particularly impressed with Andreas' enthusiasm for city history and culture. The breakfast had an excellent array of foods with delicious pastries.
