central locationwarm staffbroken television
location felt central, steps away from what we needed. staff greeted us with warmth, it made arrival sweet. the room was clean, it made our rest peaceful.
the television in our room did not work. i wish they had fixed that but it was a minor thing, not a big deal.

the staff responded quickly to extra needs . the location proved excellent, situated close to the beach and piers. i found the premises clean and well maintained, a true delight. dean, the host, was lovely and very helpful, a treasure.
The shower head rail was broken. It needs fixing.

i found the hotel clean and warm. the owner greeted me upon arrival, which i thought was a nice personal touch (really sets the tone, doesn't it?). they accommodated my room request and checked to ensure everything met my expectations. the bed felt comfortable after a long day.
Street parking was limited. i understand this is common in a busy area.
