really good stay near the seafront
perfect locationfriendly staff
the hotel boasts a perfect location. it is just steps from the beach and close to shops and dining options, we found this proximity convenient. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I found this place to be very family-friendly (especially the garden!). we had access to a kitchen, great to self-cater and save money. the location is great. It's close to the beach and winter gardens. the welcome was friendly, and the service was helpful.
The tv in the room had poor reception. This was a minor inconvenience.

The staff were friendly. They were helpful. My room included a view of the Tower. It provided a perfect backdrop for local shopping. I plan to return. It was a great experience.
The room needed some improvements. I found some wear and tear. The electric socket came loose from the wall. It requires attention .

dirty bedsheetsbroken door handle
my family and i checked into our "family room private bathroom", and it wasn't the paragon of cleanliness i'd hoped. there were some hairs on the bedsheets. also, the tv was a relic from a bygone era, and it stubbornly refused to display anything beyond static. the bathroom door handle also came off in my hand. it nearly took my eye out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities provided. I felt safe and welcome . The hotel was also quiet at night, great for restful sleep.
Paying separately for the arcade games was a slight inconvenience.
