satisfactory experience overall
friendly staff excellent location delicious breakfast bad smell patched damp poked spring
the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the location to be excellent, it was very convenient. breakfast had a good variety, it felt quite delicious.
my room had a noticeable bad smell. the ceiling looked like damp had been patched up, i noticed that. one of the twin single beds had springs that poked into me. it was uncomfortable.

superb stay near winter gardens
convenient location helpful owners
The location was convenient, being a short walk from winter gardens. the owners were helpful. They were always available to assist when needed. i appreciated the warm and cute staff. They were great with the kids. the room was comfortable and clean too.
the hotel was very noisy during the night. it was hard to sleep well because of the external noises.

Convenient stay near Winter Gardens
convenient location friendly staff
The room was very comfy and tidy. i appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i especially liked that the location was only a five minute walk to Winter Gardens. It made attending my daughter's dance performances very convenient. this proximity saved time and reduced travel stress.
the room was quite basic. I felt it could benefit from some updates to improve the overall quality. the bathroom needed attention, and the carpet was worn.

helpful managers clean room great location wrong room shocking rooms warm shower
The managers were helpful and FRIENDLY. The room was clean. The hotel is in a great location, literally a five minute walk to Winter Gardens.
Booked a family room and had no family room only two singles. The rooms were shocking. The shower did not work properly and was barely WARM.
