the host was very cute. he served breakfast nicely. the location is also great, close to the pleasure beach. i was able to easily walk there.
My room was not worth the money. the wifi was not good. It kept dropping out. one power outlet was hanging out of the wall, instead of being properly fixed.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, setting us up perfectly for the day. I also appreciated the provided parking, made logistics much easier.
The soundproofing could be improved as noise from other rooms was occasionally audible.

the location was convenient as i needed to be nearby. the breakfast was great (especially the full english!), a real treat. the staff were very cute and i felt comfortable . it was a nice touch to have tea and coffee in the room.
the curtains in my room didn't block the light very well. they didn't fit the window properly and let in too much light in the morning.
