the receptionist was very friendly. i appreciated the good recommendations for nearby food. the hotel is about five minutes from the trams. tourist sites were within walking distance from there.
the room was very compact. there was not much hanging space available. we had to live out of a suitcase because we had nowhere to put anything. towels could be replaced sooner.

the staff gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. they provided necessary information and promptly completed the check-in process. we received complimentary water, as we arrived late. the breakfast included hot drinks, juices, fruits, pastries, fresh bread, eggs, and salad.
the hop-on hop-off bus tour booked via the hotel was problematic. we were told we could not get off the bus during the tour. the audio guide on the bus was not functional.

This location had restaurants so close. I found supermarkets all around. I saw friendly staff. Ali was super helpful. I enjoyed a decent breakfast with so many choices.
