Fantastic Stay!
public transportation friendly staff spacious bathroom clean bathroom
The location worked perfectly, with easy access to public transportation. I found the tram and metro connections quite convenient for exploring. The staff was very friendly. My room had great space and a spacious bathroom, so I had enough space between the beds. I really appreciate the clean bathroom and good AC.
The floorboards creaked loudly. I heard every step taken in the hallway.

The hotel's spot is accessible to many places! Metro and tram stations are a short walk. It gave me quick transportation options. This location is right in the middle of the city center.

The staff was always smiling and ready to help. One receptionist helped me secure a taxi to the airport when my original plans failed. I was like all the employees were attentive.

cosy room perfect temperature close trams
the room was cosy. the temperature inside was just perfect. i found the tube and many trams only minutes away. it made traveling simple.
the lifts weren't working and my room was on the 4th floor. i had to wait for assistance with my luggage.

adequate stay, but some downsides
missing air conditioning basic breakfast
the lack of air conditioning was a real problem. i understand cost-saving measures, but not having a/c during warmer weather is just not acceptable. also, the breakfast felt basic and quite dated.. almost like a throwback. i expected more variety.

accessible spot clean bathroom cool ac noisy street cold breakfast food choice
the hotel location was very accessible. it is very tram and metro accessible. i found the fridge in the room very useful. the bathroom was clean AND the AC worked well.
the street outside was VERY noisy. someone watched tv until midnight THEN woke up at 6 am to watch it again. the breakfast was cold only. it did not have much food choices.

a decent stay overall
easy check-in simple check-in city center nearby restaurants gluten-free diet early noise expensive parking
check-in was super simple. the hotel is located just a short walk from the city center. i found some cool cafes and restaurants nearby. i would go back!
the breakfast didn't cater for gluten-free diets, even though they said it would. i could hear noise super early in the morning around 7.00 am coming from workers perhaps. parking was expensive since the hotels own it, i guess.
