ample choicemold in the showermissing part
breakfast offered an ample choice. accessibility to different locations was easy.
the air conditioning did not work. the room became terribly warm. i also noticed mold in the shower. there was one missing part of the shower enclosure.

A Superb Stay!

The hotel had a cute atmosphere with lovely desk agents. The room decor was tasteful and clean. Breakfast offered many choices and was plentiful (a real treat each morning). The young night shift desk agent showed genuine interest in our comfort. He possessed great interpersonal skills.

The room had comfortable beds and was sufficiently spacious. A good wifi connection was available alongside a nice tv offering many channels (i especially liked the movie channels). Cleanliness was amazing, and the space felt fresh.

Staff members were friendly and very helpful . They promptly addressed requests and showed attentiveness to guest needs. Communication was easy, and the team ensured I felt valued and cared for.

the location allowed easy access to local shops. the staff was very helpful. the hotel offered everything needed for a basic city trip..
the bed in the twin room was not comfortable. there was no bed frame. the furnishings in the room were minimal as only paper cups and soap were included.
