the hotel location is excellent near the metro station and tram stops. the national museum is about seven minutes by walking. wenceslas square also starts nearby. this made it easy to access many attractions.

The room was clean and had a good view. the location was great near the metro station and trams. i appreciated lukas at reception. He was very helpful.

the hotel sits on a noisy street with lots of traffic. the check-in process was super slow. also, the staff barely spoke english.

The location was good because of the closeness to the main shops and public transport.

The room felt VERY vintage, EVERYTHING did. Soundproofing was nonexistent. I could hear street noise and guests in other rooms, really frustrating. the tv was useless, with no English channels available.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff as they were always available. The room was very clean and spacious. I also liked that I could store my luggage before check-in.

The vintage decor in the room felt a little outdated. Soundproofing wasn't good because I could hear noise from the street.

The room had lots of plug points, very useful. A fan was provided in the room, great for the hot weather. The ensuite bathroom looked brand new and the beds were comfortable, so I rested very well.
