i found the staff friendly, especially jaroslav. he offered wonderful suggestions for places to eat. i also appreciated that the kitchen staff ensured the buffet trays were always full. the water pressure was perfect. i really enjoyed the food.
The toilet situation was a bit awkward. I found it difficult to close the door while seated. it's a small inconvenience though it slightly impacted my experience.

the location is fantastic, i thought. many attractions were easily within walking distance from the hotel. public transportation is only a five-minute walk , made getting around convenient. i walked to the train station in about ten minutes too.

The staff welcomed me upon arrival. My room was clean. The location is fantastic. Many attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options.
Rooms don't match the photos online. The rooms are just slightly renovated. The bathroom looked old. There was limescale on the shower.

the room i got wasn't exactly what i expected. the bathroom felt quite outdated, the shower head holder was broken and i struggled with the flush since it only worked occasionally. also, the walls seemed paper-thin, i could clearly hear my neighbors talking throughout the night.. it.

i found the location convenient it was an easy walk from the train station and many city attractions were close by the included breakfast was a treat with a good variety the staff were helpful especially with local tips and directions
the bathroom needed a little attention i noticed some minor issues with the shower head it wasn't a major problem but i hope they will fix it soon

the LOCATION was acceptable because it was close to many points of interest.
I did not like some aspects. my 'Double or Twin Room' was not clean when I arrived. I saw dust on multiple surfaces. The tv was large, BUT it only displayed a hotel advertisement. it's a shame.
