shower leakage inadequate towel hanger
The room did not have a proper place to hang towels. only a small hook was available. Another towel rail would be better, as the towels felt damp. also, the shower leaked through the doors, not great.

helpful staff convenient location
The staff helped with my luggage, which i appreciated. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants. I found the room clean and well-organized for a short visit.
The lift was quite busy, and i sometimes waited several minutes.

excellent service comfortable bed superb location
I found the location superb. The room, a Double Room, had a comfortable bed. The staff offered excellent service.

The Double Room provided a functional space. It had adequate lighting. Climate control maintained a comfortable temperature. The bathroom fixtures looked modern and well kept. It was all pretty neat.

A complimentary fruit bowl was available each morning. It had fresh selections. Cheese and wine events occurred, which I found to be a pleasant surprise. This was so charming. The staff really cared.

The hotel is located close to many attractions. Getting to local venues took only a short walk. This location provided excellent access to key city spots. I was so lucky to find it.

great location friendly staff limited space glass separation
the location was fantastic. it was easy to reach many attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating . i appreciated their helpfulness.
the room lacked adequate hanging space. there was only a small stand with a few hangers. i also noticed the bathroom was separated by frosted glass. this design choice may not suit all travelers.

The location was central, really close to everything i wanted to see. i found the reception staff helpful during check-in, answering all my questions. the facilities looked clean. The shower was good too.
the room was a little smaller than i had anticipated. there wasn't much space for luggage.

The staff were quick to respond when i accidentally pulled the emergency cord in the bathroom, they came to check if everything was okay. I appreciated that fast response. this gave me peace of mind.

this accommodation had a very good central location with a range of restaurants and attractions nearby, and i walked everywhere. public transport was also readily accessible.

the bar area downstairs was open 24/7, a convenience i found quite useful for late-night snacks. the availability of food and drinks anytime was AMAZING!!! which saved me from wandering around.

warm staff great location clean room
I found the staff warm. they helped me navigate the city. the location was superb, very close to everything. the room was clean. I found the sky tv a great addition.
the walls seemed thin, and i could hear my neighbours. this made it a little difficult to relax fully.

quick process helpful staff clean room
The check-in process was quick. I also found the staff helpful. The room was modern and I found it clean. Plenty of towels were provided.
The single lift wasn't enough for the number of guests.
