i had a really good time! the location was amazing for the concert at anfield football ground, so easy to get to! the room was clean and confortable, i couldn't have asked for a better stay!
The bathroom, was so tiny! the sink was small, like, really small. there also was only one twin socket in the room. One of the sockets did not work, so I could only charge a single device at a time. boo!

The beech mount upgrade was a nice surprise. the room was clean and quite spacious. staff were helpful when i needed to retrieve a left-behind item. I appreciated their quick response and assistance to access the room again.
the main building entrance keypad was difficult to use. i spent considerable time trying to enter one evening because the buttons were unresponsive. this issue needs urgent maintenance to improve guest access

The location allows parking right outside on the street! it is convenient to get to the stadium. speedy wifi was available throughout the building. It was excellent for planning local journeys.

the room was a good size with ample space for luggage. it had a light and airy feel because of the windows and color palette. the en suite was also a good size and convenient.

The room was spacious! The facilities included in the room were great. I quickly got my tracksuit top back after a phone call to reception. The lady was super helpful in allowing me access to the room to collect it.
The bedroom was quite cold and the shower did not heat properly.

convenient locationspacious room
i found the location quite convenient for visiting anfield stadium. the room was also more spacious than i had anticipated, a plus.
the hotel did not have an iron. the bathroom was quite small with a sink that barely fit toiletries.
