Some issues
small bedlimited heating
My room was FREEZING. The heating was on a timer and I found out it does not come on till. 4 in the evening. The bed is REALLY small for two people. They also are not serving breakfast currently.

the receptionist greeted us with a smile. she was very kind. she always makes sure that everything goes well during your stay. the internet connection is fast.
i did not use the kettle in the room. it was not as clean as i would like. the shower had very low water pressure.

A Stay with Definite Drawbacks

I found the kettle in my room to be quite unclean. It looked as though it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages, with some mould spots inside and general grime outside. The shower's water pressure was disappointingly low. Upon returning to my room after showering, I noticed water dripping in the hallway. I alerted the staff about this issue when I returned my key before leaving.

i loved how close this place was to everything i needed. sabina and her husband were super caring and professional. the staff were genuinely pleasant and very helpful, i would definitely stay there again. the breakfast had lots of options (i especially loved the variety!).
the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, it took a bit longer to get the shampoo out of my hair.

the staff offered a warm welcome and demonstrated true dynamism, providing assistance with bus routes and local attractions. they ensured towels were replaced promptly and always with a friendly smile, which i really appreciated. their attentiveness was great.

the parking was super convenient, right outside the building (a big plus!). the hotel maintains an clean and tidy appearance throughout, always reassuring. there is a lovely little garden for outdoor breakfasts.

the location is ideal, it gives easy access to both surbiton and kingston using local bus services. finding the hotel was very easy, situated right on the main road. i could quickly reach various amenities and attractions.

breakfast included very good options! the breakfast items offered a good variety, everyone can find something to start their day. the breakfast was freshly prepared, everything tasted great and was served promptly.
