the staff offered such dedicated assistance. i found the location near the train station and museums particularly convenient. the modern design of both the building and room impressed me greatly. i appreciated that everything in the room functioned without issue.
the breakfast room felt quite dark during the morning meal. it had limited natural light.

the room was super clean it was also spacious location is great for being in a local area the area is within walking distance to public transport. roberto was very kind he gave us very detailed instructions for places to visit.
the floor is covered in a synthetic material it feels sticky to the feet

i liked that staff was helpful. the metro station was close. the room had a functional shower. it. the nearby supermarket was quite useful.
the room layout felt slightly cramped.

the hotel provides a lovely courtyard in the lounge area. this allowed for cooling down while enjoying my morning coffee. they held luggage after checkout, so i did finish activities.

the hotel is located near lavapies metro stop. i found a 24-hour supermarket down the street. there was also close proximity to restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops that i liked.

i found a complimentary bottle of water provided each day. the room included a safe for valuables. the hotel had an elevator that easily accommodated both luggage and guests. staff spoke english very well and were always willing to assist.
the garbage collection outside was a bit noisy early in the morning.

a 24-hour coffee machine was available in the dining area, providing complimentary coffee. tea and biscuits were also accessible to all guests throughout the day. this was a real bonus after long days exploring.

The team allowed us to store bags before check-in. This was a thoughtful gesture. staff members were supportive, pleasant and cute . they helped with directions and local tips.
