The location was superb! public transport was close. luggage lockers were easy to use. That helped since i arrived early. the staff were kind. They suggested local restaurants.
the room was small, so there was limited space for luggage. i had to keep my suitcase on the floor. it would be nice to have more storage.

the location is great, really close to many attractions. i walked to a lot of places from there. the staff was helpful and friendly, especially lara and claudia at the front desk. the bathroom was also a good size and super tidy!!!
My room was smaller than expected. There wasn't much space for my open suitcase.

the location was pretty good and I could walk to some main spots.
my room was not so clean when I checked in and I found hairs and dust everywhere. the bed sheets also didn't smell fresh and had stains on them. I told the reception about it and they cleaned some of it and changed the bedding, but the mirror and new sheets still had stains on it.

I appreciated the superb location. It was so central! the room felt very fresh and clean. I loved that. plus, the bathroom had a huge size. It felt luxurious. it also had a desk i used for work!

A fantastic bakery sits just across the street. It is named pum pum bakery. several nice cafes and restaurants surround the hotel. lidl and a 24-hour carrefour are also nearby, that's great!

The floor was a little sticky, so I recommend wearing your slippers.

the location IS excellent. Many cafes and restaurants were nearby. The room had good storage. The staff helped me store my luggage before check-in.
my room was quite small. i didn't have enough space to open my suitcase easily. the hangers were not useful for longer clothes.
