The location was convenient, close to Victoria station.
The room I booked felt cramped. Storage space was severely lacking, it was hard to move around, and the bathroom seemed like an afterthought. There were times no one was at reception, so getting assistance with luggage storage after checkout proved impossible. I was annoyed by this.

I found the location very nice. It was close to the subway station, various cafés, and restaurants! My room was super clean and the power shower was amazing. Plus, they had thoughtful extras like soap and shampoo! The price felt very reasonable.
The stairs were tricky while I was carrying my suitcase.

The hotel had convenient bus stops nearby, perfect for quick trips. A supermarket, a chemist and a few pubs were nearby! I could easily grab anything I needed without a long walk. It was great!

the location was convenient. it was only a five minute walk from victoria station. the staff were helpful. they assisted me with my suitcase on the staircase.

The bathroom door was faulty. It wouldn't shut completely. this lack of privacy wasn't ideal. additionally, i only found one pillow per person on the bed. i asked reception for more pillows, but they told me no spares were available, annoying.

The location was good. It was close to the station.
I found the room small. There was barely enough space to move around and i struggled with my luggage. the bathroom was also tiny, it felt cramped and uncomfortable to use. i really wished there was more space to move.
