The location was central. Seconds walk from covent garden.
The check-in process seemed like an interrogation! i was asked numerous times about the people staying, their names, and the reason for the stay, as it was close to my birthday, they suspected i might throw a party. ridiculous. the stairs were also a health hazard, some treads not wide enough for a foot. Carrying luggage up three flights was tough, something the description failed to mention.

The location allowed easy access to the surrounding area.
I found the communal staircase very narrow. This made access difficult. Lighting proved to be a significant problem. Multiple lights were out in the bathroom and kitchen. The WiFi connection was unreliable.

I found the location convenient (it's seriously steps from everything!). the apartment itself was very spacious, especially the living room. i also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything i needed. the bathroom was a great size, and the hot water was plentiful and fast.
the pre-check-in process felt a bit convoluted, i had to upload id documents.

The apartment is fantastically located very close to many restaurants and entertainment options. Plus, it's just seconds away from covent garden, providing easy access to explore this area. also, the tube station is just minutes away, giving simple access to other destinations.
