Excellent Location and Services
uper location daily water great reception good wifi
I found the location uper, near Piazza San Marco. Water taxis are within eight minutes by walk. There are also a lot restaurants including a Michelin restaurant. Cleaning services are spot on. they gives one bottle of water each day. Reception services are better than other places I have seen. The Wi-Fi works very good.
The room was upstairs, without a lift, but the staff was very kind to offer help with my luggage.

excellent location helpful staff unappealing area restaurant operations
The location is excellent, close to main attractions. The staff were helpful, assisting with directions and requests.
The room faced the back alley. This area was not particularly appealing. I noticed trash and some noise from nearby restaurant operations.

cool lighting usb sockets power shower
The location was a short walk from Piazza St Marco. There were lovely restaurants nearby and plenty of options for gelato. Our room included cool lighting and USB sockets. Very handy. The power shower was awesome.
The room and the toilet were really small though. A bit grubby.

the hotel location are awesome, nearby st mark's square. our room was quiet, even with the central location. the included breakfast were tasty. proximity to key attractions are great.
