excellent location kind staff poor breakfast small room
the hotel's location was excellent. it was very close to san marco square. the room was clean. the staff were very kind.
Breakfast was poor. the coffee machine was not great. It served mostly sweet cake, pastry, bread, cheese, and ham. the breakfast room was small.

the location was fantastic, offering convenient access to main attractions. i could easily walk to various points of interest and back when needed. i found the hotel to be safe and easy to locate.
the room i stayed in felt small. it was difficult to move around comfortably, especially beside the bed. the limited space impacted my overall experience.

the staff was nice. the location was very good too.
The room was quite small, i expected more space. also, the shower was not great. It was hard to adjust the temperature and the water pressure was low. these issues impacted my overall stay.

The location was superb, just a short walk from St Mark's Square. Receptionists provided clear directions and were very helpful. The room included extra pillows. I appreciated the very warm room.
The walls seemed thin. I occasionally heard noises from other rooms.
