i found the location excellent. it was a short walk to the square. a water taxi stop was also right out front. the staff was really helpful, they helped make arrangements when a storm disrupted our water taxi. i appreciated that.
Our room was quite small. we really had nowhere to put our suitcases, that was an issue. the bed was also very hard. It seemed like we were sleeping on the ground, so i found that uncomfotable. the pillows were super thin too.

the location is fantastic, it is near st mark's square. a vaporetto stop is right in front. it made getting around with luggage simple. the staff was attentive. i hope to visit again soon.
it made strange noises too. also, it was very slow. i think it should be modernised or replaced.

The main vaporetto stop is in front of the building. The blue line from the airport makes it easy to arrive. A vaporetto line goes to the bus station. Several cafes are a short walk away and offer variety.
The room had stairs which was a little inconvenient.
