fab grand canal views!
romantic windows clean breakfast convenient location
this hotel was awesome! we hopped off the train and boom, there it was right in front, super convenient! the romantic windows opened right onto the grand canal, i was like, wow! the breakfast had tons of choices and the place was super clean, i was impressed.
The layout was a tiny bit quirky. I had to step out, go around a corner, and up some stairs to get to my room.

my double room canal view included silk wallpaper and a glass chandelier, i thought it was so cool. the window overlooked the grand canal. the bathroom was basic but clean, and the tv was tiny, but who needs tv with that view?

breakfast was downstairs and included a smorgasbord selection, i loved the variety. i was able to leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in so i could explore the city (so handy!).

The hotel is right on the grand canal, super romantic. it's also super close to the train station. I walked right over. the location was perfect for sightseeing. I walked everywhere!

the reception team answered all my questions in a friendly manner, i felt so welcome. the kitchen and waiting staff worked hard during breakfast, keeping everything flowing smoothly (i really noticed this!). the housekeeping kept my room super clean.

A Touch of Old-World Charm
great service beautiful canal view clean room
The service I received was wonderful. Lisa greeted me warmly at the lobby. She tried to ensure my stay was special. The canal view from my room added a beautiful touch. The room was clean and the included breakfast provided a great start to each day.
The hotel layout presented some issues. To reach my room, I had to exit the hotel foyer, walk around a corner and enter through an alternate entrance. This area of the building seemed somewhat worn. The stairs were also somewhat difficult to navigate with luggage.

lisa greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service upon my arrival the room i had included a nice canal view this added a pleasant touch to my stay the room was very clean and well kept the included breakfast offered a great start to the day with a variety of options

the location was convenient for the train station. the room was clean with a comfortable bed. pillows were also comfortable.
my first impression was not great when dropping off my bag. i was told to leave it down the hallway past the front desk. the hotel held no liability for this.

the hotel had a location near the train station. i found the proximity very convenient. breakfast included a reasonable selection of foods, i found this satisfactory. the staff helped me with my luggage, i thought this showed great service.
the air conditioning unit made unusual noises occasionally.

unexpectedly awesome!
canal view helpful staff excellent breakfast
the location rocks! it's super close to everything! i saw a canal and boats right from my window, amazing! the breakfast was also great, and there was tons of food. the staff helped a lot. i was provided with maps and great directions.
the shower was a little small! it was a tight squeeze, but i managed.

this place is strategically located! it's very close to many main attractions. waterbuses stop really nearby. the hotel is easily accessible by bus or train, so getting around is easy!
