The hotel is near the boat bus stop. It was very convenient. our room was in the second building in the garden. It was a quiet and calm location. the building had a lovely traditional style. It added to the charm.
The window in my room faced directly onto the street. It was on the first floor.

I found the location quite convenient. It's very close to the train station. the staff was helpful when i needed directions. i had a cool vintage vibe in my room. I loved it. the breakfast was sufficient, and i found everything i needed.
The decor felt slightly dated. The hotel could use some minor refreshing.

I appreciated the convenient location opposite the bus station. It made getting around very simple. The front desk staff provided helpful directions for city travel on public transportation. Breakfast was great, especially considering Italian standards (i enjoyed the wide selection of food). I found the staff polite and helpful. I was grateful for the lovely canal view from my room.
The air conditioning was barely adequate, even on a hot day (this was a small discomfort).

hot waterpoor curtains
I was hoping for a better experience overall. the lack of hot water was a major issue. I couldn't take a proper shower after a tiring day, and this was never resolved despite my complaints. also, the curtains did not close properly which allowed light to flood the room all night long. it really impacted my sleep quality.
