The hotel location is great for getting around. It's near st mark's square.
The hotel seemed pretty worn. my room had only two working lights out of five. Electrical points were damaged. there also was no kettle. I also needed a wine opener but the hotel don't have one.

I stayed in a family room. it was very clean and tidy. the bathroom was full size, providing towels and shower products. it seemed like a traditional place, showcasing marble steps and panelled walls. i appreciated hearing breakfast preparations. It added to the morning atmosphere.

i really liked how close the hotel was to many restaurants and shops. the ac and tv in our room were definitely life savers. i also really appreciated the mini fridge and the provided towels. the location was really good, offering easy access to everything i wanted to see.
the breakfast room was quite small, and it sometimes felt a bit crowded during peak hours. still, the provided options were adequate and fueled me for my day exploring the area.

the location is superb! almost everything i wanted to see was within walking distance. the water bus stations were also just a short walk away, about 3-4 minutes.

the hotel's location was very convenient. it was super close to the water taxis, just a short two minute walk. popular monuments were also accessible, about a 10 to 20 minute walk. i found the hotel comfortable and reliable.
the hotel staff did not show much concern about the mosquito issue. i was covered in bites and wasn't even asked if i was okay. i was just told to buy a spray from a shop.
