okay stay overall

the location is really central. it was easy to walk to many spots in the city. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, that was a plus. my room was a good size and i appreciated that it was very clean.
the pool was smaller than i expected. it looked much bigger in the pictures. there weren't many ironing facilities available in the room, inconvenient. i also noticed the soundproofing wasn't great, so i could hear noise from other rooms.

The location was acceptable.
The room was not properly soundproofed. I could hear guests moving furniture early in the morning (around 7 a.m.). The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable.

the location was fairly central, with access to many attractions.
I found the air conditioning inadequate. It struggled to cool the room, especially during the day. the noise insulation was poor. I could hear neighboring guests and street noise. the breakfast buffet, while varied, lacked quality, and the food tasted bland.

the hotel breakfast was good. it had sufficient options.
the noise isolation was quite poor, and doors slammed very early in the morning. rest was difficult because of this. the jacuzzi was always full.

The room had comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom had a large shower with good water pressure. I appreciated the convenient proximity to the metro station. Underground parking was available, and I found it very useful.
I noticed some noise from the lobby at times, but it was very slight.

The hotel is near multiple bus , subway, and train stations. Shops and grocery stores are also nearby. I found the location convenient for getting around and accessing amenities.
