room 2 was fantastic, spacious. it had a great view of arthur's seat. the big, thick curtains really helped keep the room dark. until i opened them i enjoyed the comfy bed. tea and coffee were checked and stocked daily after 10 am by the housekeeper!
the water pressure in the shower was not great, a really slight issue. everything else was really nice though. i still had a very positive experience overall, and that's just a minor thing!

The room felt spacious. The decor was nice too. I found good value for money because it was the cheapest in the area. The mattress was comfortable and the room was very light and cozy.
Light came through a bit too much in the morning.
