Acceptable Stay, but With Issues

The location was pretty central to everything i needed, so that was convenient.
The noise at night was BAD. It didn't allow sleep until midnight. The windows apparently weren't double glazed. Noise REALLY carried. The room air was stuffy, and the air conditioner didn't work (which was just GREAT).

The location was excellent as it was next to the metro station. The room was big with a well-equipped kitchenette including a fridge and kettle. I found the bed to be comfortable and I liked the big wardrobe.
The air conditioning did not work . The soap was not topped up in the bathroom before I arrived. I felt that the floors were not properly cleaned and I needed to wear socks in the room.

The location was excellent. It is close to the metro and within walking distance of the Grand Place. A supermarket is conveniently located right in front. I had a big room and it came with a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and stove. I found the bed comfortable and appreciated the big wardrobe.
The breakfast was fairly basic, though that was not a major concern for me.

The staff were friendly and available 24/7 ensuring assistance was always accessible, and I found the reception to be efficient. There were always people waiting, though staff handled the volume well.

The breakfast includes a waffle machine which guests can use, I also saw options to make hard-boiled or fried eggs. I noticed cafe Paul located in the same building offering a convenient option.

I appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine available for 5 euros. This helped to keep my travel wardrobe fresh. The building has a water server available so you don't have to buy bottled water, it's recommended to bring a water bottle.

My studio had a balcony and a kitchenette with cups, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils, there was even a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a bathtub, the room was kept super tidy .

The location is amazing. I found it super close to cool places to eat and drink. the central train station is also within walking distance, which i appreciated. the room was quite clean and new. It felt great for the price i paid.
i noticed that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working, making the room quite stuffy.

The location provided easy access to the city center, and I found it quite functional. The staff was friendly! and the apartment was equipped. I appreciated the proximity to a car park nearby.
The air conditioning was to have central climate control. I could not adjust it in my room.
