I found the location amazing. It's very close to the main tourist spots. Getting to restaurants and shops was also easy. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet. I used an online app for room keys (easy and safe).
The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. There was no table or chair. I think some additional furniture would greatly improve the room.

The reception is open 24/7 (very convenient!). The staff members were very nice. They quickly helped me with my questions. I really appreciated their friendly attitude .

The location is excellent , placing you right in the tourist area.
The lack of hand towels , shampoo , conditioner , and body wash in the bathroom was quite inconvenient. the lockers provided were too small to accommodate my backpack. I ended up having to carry my toiletries separately and find alternative storage for my bag , which was not ideal.

the location was perfect. i was just steps away from major tourist attractions, made exploring so easy. the convenience of walking everywhere was a huge plus! i was allowed to leave my luggage before check-in for a small fee, also super convenient.
