The location was great, near stations. I found it easy to get around. friendly staff gave me a lovely start to my birthday celebrations with a candle in a cake! breakfast had good food.

the staff was lovely, stephanie especially. location was really good, close to tube station. check in staff was really friendly and nice, i think it added to the charmed experience.
the walls felt a bit thin. i could hear some neighbours and doors slam at night. it was a bit disturbing.

the hotel offered free parking, a great advantage if you drive. i noted that staff do not mind if you park early and use the tube. this lets one explore without car worries.

the location worked for me. the breakfast was acceptable.
the tv in my room did not work. i asked the reception, and the guy pretended to check the cables but claimed there was an outage. it was disappointing.

the staff was helpful and friendly enough, i will say that.
My room was far too small. there was no closet, so i had to live out of my suitcase for the duration. breakfast was also disappointing. The scrambled eggs were bland and the bacon was hard as shoe leather.. it was not really a satisfying experience.

the staff during breakfast were lovely and worked hard to ensure everything was clean and tidy.
my room was cold. the heating was only on for a few hours each day, it really bothered me at night. i was provided with a small mobile radiator but it wasn't adequate to heat up the entire room. i felt pretty uncomfortable .

the location is great. it is easy to reach if you are driving. the hotel staff is friendly. the room was clean and tidy.
my room was cold. heating was on only after 6pm to 11pm and then around 6:30 or 7am to 8:30 or 9 am. i was provided with a small mobile radiator but it was not adequate and wouldn't heat up the entire room.
