convenient and clean stay
great location clean room continental variety
The location near the tube station helped me to move around easily. i found the room clean. the breakfast had a good continental variety. I enjoyed the fresh croissants.

small shower unwelcoming staff
The hotel has a superb location near the tube station and several restaurants.
The room I got was small. The shower was so cramped. I hardly moved. Breakfast seemed cheap, with little variety and a depressing dining area. The staff weren't very cute either.

the location near earl's court station was particularly convenient. the room included tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch. i found the daily room cleaning very thorough.
the lift was rather slow.
