The location was convenient. West Quay shopping centre is just a minute away. Banks, various cafes, and restaurants are right there. I found the access easy with codes.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noises from other rooms, slightly disruptive.

My room had a great central location, very handy for the shops and cafes. The digital access worked perfectly. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchenette was a great feature.
The building looked a little shabby upon arrival. There was a noticeable smell of cannabis in the entryway. My room was quite small, and the kitchen counter took up a lot of space.

I found everything I needed in the room, including a fan and a hairdryer. It made bringing luggage upstairs much easier. Communication with the staff proved excellent. I required assistance with my check-out time. They accommodated my needs well, and it eased my weekend stress.
The street lighting was bright. The kitchen window lacked a blind. This made it difficult to darken the room completely at night.

The apartment was well-laid out and functional. It included amenities like washing-up liquid and a sponge. I appreciated having utensils available for dishes and the good sound insulation between apartments enhanced my stay. The bedding and towels were clean.

Communication was great. The door codes were sent via WhatsApp. The instructions were clear. I had no issues accessing the apartment. The central location proved ideal for accessing shops and restaurants . Guildhall was nearby.
