the staff were lovely and cute. the attached restaurant had fab evening and morning staff.
the lamp stands were thick with dust, giving a bad impression. dirty standing water sat in our shower cubicle when we arrived. the female receptionist didn't seem friendly at all. breakfast bacon tasted like rubber and the mushrooms clearly came from a tin!

The location near the forest is tranquil. The hotel has safe parking and a 24-hour reception. The room was clean with soft towels and included a coffee and tea setup. I found walking routes nearby with a pub and restaurant next door, convenient.

The breakfast setup in the restaurant was very well done, and I also had the option to sit in the lounge bar for lunch. The hotel has parking within the grounds, which I appreciate a lot, especially at night. I must say, this feature added an extra layer of security and comfort to my stay.

I found the staff very helpful. I experienced great personal service. The reception operates 24 hours a day which is very helpful. I have to say, their prompt assistance and warm demeanor significantly enhanced my overall experience.

The 24-hour reception provides very helpful service. The hotel provides parking for free, certainly convenient. I noticed there are lovely soft towels, which feels like a luxury. The room provides coffee and tea facilities.
The furniture looks dated, so a refurbishment would modernise the feel.
