i had a lovely room that was also very clean. the location was super handy as i was out and about very close to the hotel. the staff were very helpful, sorting out the wi-fi codes immediately! they also clearly defined the check out timings.

the windows weren't able to be opened and there was zero heating in the bathrooms. they didn't let me move rooms when requested upon arrival.

The room's paintwork needs some attention. I also noticed a cracked lampshade..
