I appreciated the friendly check-in process. It was efficient. the room featured beautiful decoration and a comfortable bed. crisp, white bed linen complemented plump pillows and a soft duvet. the shower provided a strong stream of water, and the fluffy towels were notably plush.
the room felt a little cramped, making movement slightly difficult.

mixed feelings about my stay
small roomlate noise
The room felt quite small. i found it a bit hard to move around comfortably. The layout with the toilet so close to the sink was awkward. also, the noise at night was a problem. I could hear activity and music from downstairs until late. it made it hard to relax and get a good night's sleep.

the staff were amazing. evie checked us in, and she was lovely. the steak night was a big hit, and the meal was delicious!!! the restaurant staff, mark, lydia, daisy, alice, and chloe, worked very hard.
Access to the room was challenging with steep, narrow steps. the steps were high rise, and there were two turns, not ideal for anyone nervous. the bathroom and toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. breakfast wasn't a full breakfast as advertised. It was just coffee and a pastry.
