Lovely Boutique Stay

chilled watergreat radioexcellent decorrestaurant availability
The room had chilled water, a great radio, sweets, treats. great tea and coffee. The bar area is fantastic. It is lovely. I found the decor to be excellent, and the parking was also convenient. I appreciated the attention to detail.
I experienced an issue with the restaurant availability. The restaurant seemed small, resulting in limited availability. This oversight was an inconvenience.
Service
10/10
The staff was charming and helpful. They provided excellent service. Maisie and Lucy were fabulous, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always available to assist with any requests.
Dining
8/10
I had a delicious deli lunch. I enjoyed drinks on the sun trap that is the front patio. I found the breakfast to be lovely. The hotel offers a grazing table though I found it didn't offer very much.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was lovely, i enjoyed it. it's nice they provide fresh milk in the room for coffee and tea.
the hotel is meant to be boutique, i think they overcharge for some wacky decor. the room was small, it felt expensive. i think the bed was too soft and bouncy.
