fantastic stay above the pub
easy walk many options coffee supply
i stayed for four nights and thought the location was really amazing. it was a short walk to the east aldgate tube station. the surrounding area has many places to eat. i really liked having the coffee and tea in my room.
the bathroom was quite small , and the loo seat rested on my back. the air conditioning from the kitchen below was a bit noisy. the room was very hot , even with the radiator turned down.

The included breakfast at the nearby hotel was superb and very tasty. The room was very clean and full of character. I really liked the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff throughout my visit.
The bathroom was quite small. The toilet seat did not sit up, but that's a minor inconvenience.

minor issues
small bathroom constant noise
the bathroom was small. the toilet seat didn't stay up on its own. this made using the toilet quite awkward. also, the noise from the kitchen below was constant. it was hard to ignore, and impacted my sleep.

The staff were very friendly. They were cute throughout my visit. My room was clean, comfortable, and full of character. I liked that breakfast was at the nearby hotel. It was superb. The quality exceeded my expectations.
The bathroom felt really tiny. The loo seat did not sit up properly. It had to rest on my back. I found that air con from the kitchen was noisy. The room felt hot. I had to sleep with the window open. I heard a lot of street noise.
