The room featured a comfortable bed. Hot water was plentiful. The location provided easy access. Checking in was easy. Staff found my left behind hotel. They kept it safe for me. I found the staff to be super helpful.

A FANTASTIC Stay!

central location decorated room modern ensuite helpful staff
The location is central. It is very GOOD! The room was well-decorated, ensuring a very cute environment. The ensuite bathroom was modern and clean. The staff members were helpful . I appreciated their assistance.
The noise from outside was a little disruptive. Parties and shouting could be heard until late at night. This made it difficult to fall asleep quickly. The music did not stop until the early morning.

ideal location easy check simple checkout dated room broken taps drainage issue
i found the location ideal for my needs. checking in was easy, and checking out was just as simple. access felt straightforward even after the bar had closed for the night.
the room seemed dated to me, and the drawers were not in good repair. i found the bathroom taps broken. the bath did not drain quickly, suggesting a blockage.

Charming Stay in a Historic Building!!!

bright room perfect location friendly staff
My room was very bright. The location was perfect. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. I appreciated the friendly staff. They helped me with directions. I liked that ear plugs were provided. I used them due to being in a city center.

perfect location friendly staff comfortable bed
I found the location to be PERFECT. It is close to the arena. I also liked that the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed, important after a long day.
The noise from nearby pubs and bars was disruptive. It kept me awake at night. Rooms at the back might be quieter.

convenient location dining option short walk
i found the location very convenient, especially for visiting the arena. it is great because many dining and drinking options exist nearby. shops also abound here. the coach station is just a short walk away too.
i did notice the room is near the fire exit. the door use was quite loud and woke me periodically overnight.
