the staff were very helpful with late check in. the room was exactly as described perfect for a short stay within my budget. the location was convenient and i found the value to be really good for what i needed.
the small reception area needed better lighting. the carpets could also be updated to improve the first impression.

the bus stop was conveniently located right outside, a short ride to shepherd's bush tube station and westfield shopping centre. i found the location to be surprisingly quiet, a major plus. the room itself was clean and comfy (just what i needed!).
The reception area felt a bit small and dark. It could use some freshening up. my twin room was also quite small. i found it difficult to move around one of the beds to adjust the curtains (it was pushed right against the radiator).

the receptionist was friendly and efficient at check-in. my room had a fridge and a kettle for making tea. luggage storage was available, which i used on my final day. the location was near bus stops and the underground.
the hot water took a while to heat up for the sink.
