The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for a room. It was nice and clean. The location offers convenient transport options. The registration desk operated 24/7. This accessibility was helpful. I booked this accommodation for my parents and was happy the room was on the ground floor for them.
The bathroom fan was broken. Every time I turned on the light, it made a horrible noise. The beds lacked headboards. Pillows frequently fell off. As a tall person, I found the beds to be too small. The WiFi connection was weak, so I could not use it.

the location was really convenient. i found bus stops nearby. this made getting around the area simple. the room included a tv plus a kettle. i enjoyed having hot drinks in the mornings. also, the staff were really polite. they helped with directions.
the bathroom was quite small. it felt a little cramped.

The location was good. It was close to Holland Park.
The room was small, and the bed seemed like a spring mattress on a camp bed. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. I had to keep the door closed.

The location was fantastic! I appreciated the easy walk to Kensington Olympia. The staff were cute and very helpful . The room was clean, with comfortable amenities provided.

the location was acceptable for the price i paid the staff was friendly enough though
the room was far too small it seemed like a closet i could barely move around the bed was uncomfortable it creaked with every slight movement the bathroom was cramped too i felt claustrophobic
