The shower was far from ideal. It took several minutes to get warm. The temperature control was also problematic (either too hot or too cold). I found the laminated flooring less appealing than carpet. (Carpet is much better).

The free parking was great! it was easy to come and go as i pleased. the room was very good with a quality electric shower. Made getting ready easy. breakfast had polite staff providing table service. The vegetarian options were excellent all three mornings. the large car park onsite is also a great aspect. It is located in the heart of mumbles!

the location is perfect! it allowed for quick trips to nearby areas and made exploring super easy. there were many points of interest nearby so i could easily see them all. it was ideal.

The rooms have recently been redecorated! my room included little niceties that added an extra touch. the bathroom was clean and functional. I loved it. the spaciousness of the room made it easy to relax.

Staff were all very polite and friendly. This. they were accommodating with every request. I always felt welcomed. they were attentive and made everything so easy!

I found ample parking in the car park near the building. the reception staff was cheerful. breakfast included orange juice, apple juice, fruit, cereals, tea, and coffee. the cooked breakfast was delicious. I loved the variety.
my room was a bit smaller than expected. the door opened directly from the car park into the bedroom, it lacked some privacy.

faulty tvconstant noises
the tv didn't work. i couldn't watch anything at all. also, there were noises all night long, it was difficult for me to sleep well. i think, i should have asked for another room. maybe it would have been quieter.
