the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was quiet and peaceful. i found the room to be clean. the hotel offered good parking spaces.
My room was not in the main building. I had to walk through a corridor and up some stairs to get there. this felt a bit far from reception.

The location was perfect. It was quiet and comfortable.
The heating was going full blast with no way of turning the radiator off. A thermostatic valve was broken, the radiator was leaking and covered in rust. I had to use the air-conditioning all night to keep the room at a reasonable temperature.

the room was very super clean and cozy. there were plenty of adaptations in the bathroom including grab rails , especially helpful with my arthritis. the location was good , and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the hotel did not have a restaurant open , and the breakfast available was only continental. there were no cooked options.

the room was clean and included tea and coffee facilities. i found the beds comfortable. access to relatives was easy, fulfilling my needs. the receptionist was very polite and attentive.
The exterior could use some refurbishment. The dead flower baskets outside are not appealing.
