wonderful stay!

the location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby areas. the room was lovely and warm, with excellent furnishings. the bathroom was fabulous too. the room was very clean and very comfortable, which i appreciated.

the mattress near the wall seemed higher, so i constantly was like i was trying not to fall out of bed.

a friendly member of staff was always on hand to assist. i found this level of attention added to my overall positive experience. i especially appreciated their proactive help.

there is a nice large free car park available . i liked having no trouble to find somewhere to park my car. the hotel grounds at the rear offered a pleasant space for a stroll.

the hotel offers excellent access to the coast, which i found very convenient. it allowed me to explore nearby coastal areas very easily. i appreciated how close everything was.

Acceptable But With Issues

Staff were helpful I will admit they sent notifications for entry before arrival.

The small shower was difficult to turn around in for sure. Waterworks from the toilet and sink taps were noisy I couldn't believe it. Road noise was also terrible ear plugs were provided. They were not enough I struggled to sleep.

The room was super clean with two large windows. These windows provided a view of the garden park. The grounds were REALLY well kept. The restaurant provided excellent service and good food.

The road outside the windows has potholes, so the traffic was loud.

the room was fine with a super king bed i loved the premier quality bedroom and bathroom facilities it had. the surroundings were also very lovely i totally enjoyed my time here. breakfast was great and perfectly cooked too

the road was noisy since my room was roadside constant traffic was a disturbance until late at night. noise insulation around the windows was not good the frames were old and had gaps. i found earplugs in the room i think they expected the noise

The hotel is dog friendly. The garden was beautiful. Wi-fi access was available. There were plenty of walks nearby.

The bedroom carpet had some bald patches.
