I loved the staff. They were cute. the room had original features. breakfast was lush. the restaurant is situated right on one of the popular shopping streets, so everything is on your doorstep.
The walls of the rooms are quite thin. I could hear chatter from my neighbours.

The staff were friendly and cute. i requested an iron and ironing board for my stay. It was waiting in the room when i arrived. a staff member left us a wine cooler and glasses in the room. it was a lovely touch.

I found the staff helpful. The breakfast had good choices. My room featured lovely toiletries. The evening meal in the restaurant was great with amazing food. I also enjoyed their bloody Mary.
The stairs to access my room were steep, this wasn't surprising, it is an old building. I found the bathroom sink detaching from the wall. the mattress felt too hard to me, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The room included beamed ceilings adding to the character. I had plenty of hot drink choices. There were also two packets of biscuits available. This was a welcome treat.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of different options, I found something for everyone. The location allows walking distance to all the landmarks. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm throughout my stay.

The location is amazing. It is a lovely historic building that is still being renovated. the staff was lovely. Breakfast was really good. i had lunch in the restaurant, and that was great too (i am coeliac, but had no reaction!).
The room did not lock properly. It could be opened with a shove even when locked. apparently, this is a known issue at certain times because of the building's age (not great). the street was noisy at night, not with traffic, but with loud people, presumably leaving pubs.

The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing key city attractions. The breakfast included a varied choice that suited different tastes. I appreciated the staff members efforts to resolve issues quickly. Leaving luggage was simple before check in.
I noticed a mark on the carpet in the room, but it wasnt a significant problem.
