The breakfast was satisfactory. The employees were friendly and helpful.
When I asked for toilet paper by phone, the service desk directed I go downstairs to get it. Services are not really provided to guests. The water flow in the shower was also weak.

the bed WAS uncomfortable , causing some restless nights. the room felt cramped . there WAS also a noticeable smell in the bathroom , which WAS unpleasant.

i found the staff very kind and friendly upon my arrival. there was a breakfast with sweet and savory options. they would cook eggs and bacon on the spot. the queen size bed was made of two single beds placed next to each other. the location was great and the room very clean.
the showerhead was a bit weak, i think it should be cleaned.

i found the entire place to be clean. a nespresso machine awaited in my room and a minibar kept drinks perfectly chilled. a built-in speaker allowed for personalized music. the shower offered both warmth and good water pressure after a long day.
the pillows felt softer than i prefer, but it was a minor detail
