I found the staff VERY helpful . The hotel has a unique style. I also appreciated the healthy breakfast options available each morning in a nice area.
The tv didn't work for my entire visit, despite reporting it. The room wasn't made up on one occasion, an inconvenience. I hope they address these issues.

The location was really convenient WITH easy access to nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and willing to help with anything. I found the hotel clean WITH modern design, AND the yoga mat IN the room was a nice touch. I loved their shampoo and even the kettle lets you pick the temperature.
I noticed the shower drain was a little slow.

The hotel location was ideal. A quick walk to vondelpark suited me well. i found it easy to access public transportation nearby. the eco-friendly approach was evident. The hotel offered free citrus water at the reception? also, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which i appreciated. breakfast had delicious vegetarian options! the hotel design felt unique. i could access my car easily in the private hotel parking.
The eco-friendly approach does not seem to include air conditioning. My room got hot at night.

The tram to the town center was conveniently located right outside. It only took about ten minutes to get into town. The staff seemed friendly and approachable. I appreciated the easy access to transport links for exploring the city.
The bathroom lacked a shower curtain. Water got everywhere. This made the bathroom floor slippery, and it was hard to keep the space dry. I would have liked better water management in the bathroom
